LONG TERM LEASE/RENTAL RATES:

Unit Option 1: 24’ x 56’ for a total ground floor space of 1344 sf. Rental cost of the unit is $508.00 per month.
Unit Option 2: 18’ x 56’ for a total ground floor space of 1008 sf. Rental cost of the unit is $399.00 per month.

REQUIRMENTS:
Refundable two months’ rental deposit at the time lease signed.  Renter is responsible for their own electrical bill. Rentals insurance is required with a $1,000,000 liability binder. The liability binder must show Badboyscustom Storage listed as a loss payee.

NOTE: There are no other charges will apply such as building maintenance, insurance or taxes.

SHORT TERM RENTAL RATES:
Winter Seasonal Storage November 1st, 2011 - May 1st, 2012

Badboyscustom Storage now offers winter storage solution for your car, boat, RV and/or trailer. Drop of your unit in the Fall and we will store it during winter season in our secure, insulated, temperature control storage facility.

RV or Boat Winter Rates:

16 ft or under            $170
16 ft+  to 20ft           $215
20 ft+  to 30ft           $315
30 ft+  to 40ft           $415

Any car size storage $150 per season (6 month period).
