Q: What are the access hours?

A: All our renters will have 24/7 access to their rental property.


Q: Will there be an RV dump station and wash bay?

A: Yes. There will be an RV and wash station located at the east end of building 3. The buildings are going to be built in numerical order and according to demand. Until building 3 is complete, these amenities will not be available.


Q: Are there any association fees?

A: There are no association fees will apply as well as building maintenance, insurance or taxes.


Q: Is storage unit occupied with AC unit?

A: There is an option available to install AC upon request.


Q: Is there a public restroom?

A: We do have public restrooms that are open during normal business hours. See Contact Us page for details on open business hours.


Q: What type of documentation do I need to lease/rent a storage space?

A: Storage Units Lessee: you will need a valid driver's license or federal ID with picture, and proof of insurance.

Vehicle, RV, Boat and Trailer Storage: you will need a valid driver's license or federal ID with picture, current registration, and proof of insurance on all vehicles including trailers.


Q: Do I have to maintain my own insurance?

A: Yes, You may carry your own insurance (check your homeowner's or renter's policy, you maybe already covered) or apply for insurance coverage from a company that specializes in self-storage insurance.

Insurance is the occupants responsibility. The storage facility does not provide any insurance coverage for your stored items. All stored vehicles, RV's, watercraft or trailers must supply proof of insurance coverage.

Rentals insurance is required with a $500,000 liability binder. The liability binder must show Badboyscustom Storage listed as a loss payee.


Q: Can I work on my vehicle or use the unit as a workshop?

A: Yes, as long as the work is performed inside the unit. The bylaws prohibit using the common area outside your unit as a workshop or storage. The common area should be kept spotless at all times. There are also restrictions for noise, fumes, and dust.


Q: Can I live in my unit?

A: No. These units are strictly for storage. The county ordinances and zoning laws forbid this.


Q: Who pays for utilities to individual units?

A: Each unit is individually metered and equipped with Individually alarmed & security system. Lessee will be billing individual renter once utility bill received from the utility company.


Q: What kind security is used on site?

A: The entire property will be fenced. There will be a main gate that is operated by a keypad. Each owner will have a specific code to the gate. There will also be strategically placed cameras throughout the property. Renter will also have a security system in their individual unit. In addition, the facility is also regularly monitored by facility staff.

Q: Do you take reservations on coming soon units?

A: Maybe! While it is not necessary, certain times during the yer we have limited availability of storage units. Reservations reserve the unit a 7-day period only. After 7-day reservation period, your reservation expires if you have not entered into a lease agreement. If you are out-of-town and need to be assured of a storage unit on a specific date, reservations are a wise choice. Contact our storage lease specialist for details.


Q: Can I combine 2 units and make 1 large unit?

A: Maybe! Units can be combined side-by-side or end-to-end in the back-to-back buildings, if such option available at the time of request. Contact our storage lease specialist for details.


Q: Are there restrictions on my use of the unit?

A: Yes, there are restrictions on noise levels, pollutants, fire hazards, outside storage and overnight parking. Businesses can store inventory and supplies in the units but they cannot conduct business out of them. Contact our storage lease specialist for details.


Q: What sizes are available?

A: So far the units come in 3 size options: 18'x56' with overhead garage door size of 12'x14', 24'x56' with overhead door size of 12'x14' & 24'x42' storage unit with overhead garage door size of 18'x16'. The overhead doors designed to fit most RVs and boats available on a market.


Q: What type of payment do you accept?

A: We accept ACH Bank transfers, debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, cash or checks.
